Compost is important to The Fourth Room for the benefits it brings to the soil and plants in your garden. We aim to compost as much of the organic waste material generated at each garden as possible. Using compost bins to recycle and return rich nutritional humus back into conditioning your soil and feeding your plants.

Garden Makeover
Leave it all in our capable hands to transform your garden into a paradise you can escape to. Our design team will work with you to make a beautiful garden. Our landscape gardeners have a “can do” approach to our designs and will deliver the garden of your dreams.
Patios
At the Fourth Room we know how important it is to make your garden a useable living space and with the addition of a great patio you will want to spend those balmy summer days outside.
Composite Decking
Modern composite decking is guaranteed for 25 years and uses recycled plastic bags. It is weatherproof and less likely to be a slip hazard. We supply and fit only the best quality.
Wooden Decking
Available in soft wood, hard wood or cedar. Wooden decking is more affordable than composite and will add warmth and natural beauty to your Fourth Room. We recommend you treat annually with a wood preservative.
Block Paved Driveways
A block paved driveway is a great way of adding value to your home and our team of contractors are experts in the supply and installation of block paviors and will address any drainage issue to keep within current legislation.
Fences and Gates
We can supply and install any fence from close board to metal security fencing. Many styles are available and we are happy to discuss any boundaries.
Vegetable Garden
Raised beds and fruit cages are a great addition to any garden and, with ‘grow your own’ and organic food ever popular we are happy to help you achieve the good life.
Soft landscaping and plant supplies
We are horticulturalists, first and foremost. We can create a magical space and will supply any plants required in your garden. Because we have long-term relationships with the best growers, we have access to the broadest range of plants that are of the highest quality.
